In my role at Airtel Digital, I led the design and development of the user interface (UI) dashboard and integration platform for our "Advanced Document Data Extraction AI Tool." This tool aimed to transform invoice processing by using AI technology to automate and streamline document digitization.
I developed an integration platform that facilitated seamless data exchange among different systems. This platform served as a link between the AI tool and other systems within our infrastructure, such as RPA, Invoicing platforms. It enabled users to import and export data between systems efficiently, streamlining the invoice processing workflow.
I focused on creating a UI dashboard that prioritized user experience (UX) and simplicity. The dashboard provided an intuitive interface for users to upload invoices, track the digitization process, and access extracted information. The design aimed to make navigation easy and ensure that users could quickly find the information they needed.
